| Coworking, Office| Views: 31

New York City is one of the world’s most expensive and largest coworking office markets, with 1.45 million square feet of new office space delivered in the first half of 2018 in Manhattan alone. As the competition intensifies, coworking companies are looking for new ways to market their services, targeting specific professional groups, genders or communities.

Sometimes, it takes more than material advantages to convince people to join your coworking community. Trying to stand out means flexible workspace owners need to think about more than just a hip office design in a revamped warehouse. Increasingly, efforts are made to attract discerning workers through high-end services, vibrant social events, and many perks, benefits and discounts. Since long-term leases are not an option for holding on to coworking tenants, it makes sense for businesses to try and establish a bond with their clients through a set of shared values, ranging from sustainability and energy-efficiency, to a community-oriented business outlook or  creating a more welcoming space for a diverse work force.

We’ve gathered a list of 40 amazing and diverse coworking hubs in New York City. Our entries include venues in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens. Continue reading to decide which option best fits your growing business:
