Locally based communications management provider 46Labs recently announced the opening of its new location in Dallas’ historic West End. Marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing growth, the new office will serve as a hub for innovation and connection, both for 46 Labs and for the broader business and tech community in the Dallas area.
Ready to accommodate 50 employees, the space includes three conference rooms, four private offices, multiple working spaces, and private pods for collaboration and meetings.
“We believe in modernizing legacy systems, whether it’s global communications infrastructure or the places that shaped us,” said Trevor Francis, CEO of 46 Labs. “The West End was once the heartbeat of Dallas, and we see no reason why it can’t be again. We’re putting our stake in the ground, investing in the future of this district, and creating a space where businesses, innovators, and our team can connect and grow together.”

Working to strengthen its presence in a city that has long been a hub for telecom innovation, 46 Labs is carving out its place alongside some of the industry’s biggest players. The recent relocation positions the company to better meet future success, while also supporting the revitalization of a historic neighborhood.
The move also builds on strong ties to the West End as 46Labs’ CEO shares a personal connection to the area: During childhood, he visited the district’s former tech swap markets to buy computer parts.
“Our business is about putting people in touch with each other,” Francis said. “This office is a physical manifestation of that goal. As we scale, we’re choosing to do it in a place that shaped our leadership, our team and our values.”
Previously located at 1701 Market St., the company has rapidly grown from a small, remote-based operation. It’s now at home in 25,000 square feet of redeveloped Dallas office space at 603 Munger Ave. The property was first completed in the early 1900s and served as manufacturing and warehousing space before becoming a marketplace in the 1980s.
Then, in 2015, owner Granite Properties embarked on a transformational renovation that created more than 190,000 square feet of office space, in addition to subterranean parking, ground-floor retail, and rooftop patio and outdoor terrace space. Currently named Factory Six03, the building is just a few blocks away from Dart Rail and offers easy highway access that places tenants within a 15-minute drive of Dallas Love Field airport and 25 minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
