Located in the highly desirable Washington Square neighborhood, the property’s office component boasts first-class wet labs and collaborative workspaces, alongside luxury residences and fine dining. The landmark former publishing house rises 12 stories and incorporates roughly 762,000 square feet of Center City Philadelphia office space, along with 50,000 square feet of retail space and about 100,000 square feet of residential property.

Finally, Chimeron Bio — an RNA company developing next-generation products for use in oncology and the treatment of rare infectious diseases — will also be joining the new BioLabs life science-focused Philadelphia coworking space.
