CRETech New York
When: September 19-21, 2023

With more than 2,500 expected attendees, CRETech New York is coming in strong as one of the most anticipated CRE events in late Q3 2023.
This year, the conference and expo — which is taking place in the Javits Centre — will span the first two days and will also include a Tech Connect Lounge specifically meant to bring professionals together and build networks. Additionally, for the first time in the conference’s history, the final day of the event is dubbed “CREtech Climate Day” — dedicated to efforts to bring CRE toward carbon neutrality and sustainability.
CREW Network Convention & Marketplace

If you’d rather be in Georgia attending a CRE conference in September, CREW Network’s annual convention takes place in Atlanta. Featuring everything from industry insights to networking events and deal-making, professionals, investors and anyone else involved with commercial real estate stands to benefit from an attendance.

C5 + CCIM Global Summit

The National Association of Realtors and the CCIM Institute are joining forces this year to present the C5 + CCIM Global Summit, one of the leading real estate conventions in late Q3 2023. Taking place at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center, the summit will bring together real estate practitioners of all types to offer attendees diverse training and educational experiences.
Naismith Memorial Hall of Famer David Robinson, who also co-founded real estate and private equity investment management firm Admiral Group, will deliver the convention’s keynote address. Expo Real 2023

For those who want to learn and socialize with CRE experts a little further away from home, Expo Real 2023 (full name: International Trade Fair for Property and Investment) takes place in Munich, Germany this year.
This event brings together industry experts from around the world and focuses on providing market and industry insights on the key markets of Europe, the Middle East and the U.S. Moreover, if you’re not sold yet, the fair will also include approximately 400 speakers for its 25th edition this year, giving you plenty of options to choose from.
NAIOP CRE.Converge
When: October 18-20, 2023
Where: Seattle, WA, U.S.
Organized by NAIOP, the CRE.Converge annual conference takes place in Seattle’s Hyatt Regency this year and features an enticing mix of visionary keynotes and other fun networking events. Across five days, CCIMs (Certified Commercial Investment Members) can attend committees and coaching sessions that help shape the organization.

CoreNet Global Summit

The CoreNet Global real estate association’s 2023 conference takes place in downtown Denver in the Colorado Convention Center. Specifically, the event looks to answer the multifaceted issues of today that defy simple answers with more than 2,500 attendees, 200 speakers and 100 sessions.

NAR NXT – The Realtor Experience
When: November 14-16, 2023
Where: Anaheim, CA, U.S.
Organized by Realtor, NAR NXT is shaping up to be one of the year’s largest commercial real estate conferences of the year with more than 15,000 attendees expected at the Anaheim Convention Center. With CRE brokers, real estate agents and technology companies all coming together to exchange ideas about the market, NAR NXT is a late-year event you definitely shouldn’t miss.
Here, speakers include more than 100 experts with a wealth of experience, as well as two-time MVP quarterback Kurt Warner, who will talk about his story of resilience and success.
ICSC+Centerbuild
When: November 28 – December 01, 2023
Where: Phoenix, AZ, U.S.
One of the last CRE conferences of 2023 will take place in sunny Phoenix in the form of ICSC+Centerbuild, a retail-oriented conference taking place in the city’s Arizona Biltmore luxury resort. As the industry continues to be reshaped by changing contexts and physical retail becomes an integral part of the experience economy, the conference aims to offer attendants valuable knowledge about planning, developing, designing and constructing the retail spaces of tomorrow.
