Baltimore-based, full-service commercial real estate firm Merritt Properties recently announced that both phases of its Imeson Landing Business Park in Jacksonville, Fla., were at full occupancy.

The recently completed second phase of the industrial campus delivered more than 128,000 square feet of Jacksonville industrial space across two facilities — Imeson Landing Business Park Building 400 and Building 500. With the three flex/light industrial buildings that were completed in phase one, the property is home to 24 tenants, including light manufacturers, government contractors, port-related businesses, and distribution companies that occupy spaces sized between 3,000 and 30,000 square feet.

A phase three is also planned for the site and would add three additional light industrial buildings along Zoo Parkway. Ranging from 39,600 to 44,000 square feet, the new buildings will expand the park’s total footprint to 393,000 square feet upon completion.

“Reaching full occupancy at Imeson Landing Business Park is a testament to Jacksonville’s strong business climate and the need for well-designed, flexible space,” said Pat Franklin of Merritt Properties. “Our focus has always been on delivering high-quality environments that support our tenants’ success.”

“The park’s thoughtfully planned layout and strategic location have positioned it as a top choice for businesses seeking modern and versatile industrial space,” added Gary Swatko of Merritt Properties.

Other Merritt properties in the market include the three-building Magnolia Park that the company acquired in 2021 and the five-building park at 5022 Gate Parkway (now renamed Merritt at Gate Parkway), which was purchased last year.

Merritt’s local portfolio currently exceeds 500,000 square feet of space. The company maintains a firm commitment to providing innovative space solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses in the region.

“From our first interaction, I knew I wanted to work with Merritt Properties and bring our new BluSky Restoration Jacksonville office to Imeson Landing,” said Curtis Gaskalla of BluSky Restoration. “Merritt’s entire team took interest in our needs and were fast, professional and communicative throughout the process.”
