FirmVO is expanding its unique operations to Manhattan with a long-term, full-floor office lease in Downtown Manhattan, effective April 15. The specialized virtual law office solutions provider signed a deal for 11,000 square feet at 305 Broadway, directly from the building.
Currently headquartered at the Blue Hill Plaza office complex in Pearl River, N.Y., FirmVO operates virtual and short-term rental law offices in seven major legal hubs across the country. The Broadway location is just one block from the Supreme and Federal courts, as well as within close proximity to the New York City and Southern District of New York courts.
Since its inception in March 2017, the firm has offered state-of-the-art satellite workspaces, technology, and legal support staff for attorneys and law firms across the globe. These turn-key, ethical virtual office solutions dedicated to legal professionals include flexible office space for both short- and long-term rental, including workspaces, meeting rooms, virtual office packages and litigation war rooms. Furthermore, its meeting rooms and offices are outfitted with state-of-the-art technology, and the company also offers professional receptionists, mail and telecom technology, and virtual video depositions. As such, FirmVO caters to solo practitioners of law, growing legal businesses and global firms alike.
In particular, the new TriBeCa office space includes large common areas, a coworking area, five conference rooms and 30 private offices, as well as a large litigation war room for out-of-state firms that have cases in the Southern District of New York.
FirmVO CEO, Aaron Poznanski, said, “Our team is pleased to announce that we have signed a strategic lease in New York to service law firms in the Big Apple for many years to come. Our offering at this location includes our suite of flexible office space and virtual office products — tailored to the needs of growing law firms. While many in the co-working industry are forced to scale back during this health crisis, our virtual business model is not affected and continues to play a significant role in the operations of our law firm members, including remote computing and crucial staff that handle physical mail processing and the answering of phones at the location.”
