Houston-based real estate management, leasing and investment company LandPark Advisors has set up an office in San Antonio, Texas.
Located at 1777 NE Loop 410, in the Northwood Tower, the firm’s expansion is intended to bring over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to service the Central and South Texas commercial markets.
The new LandPark office will be headed by Senior Vice President for LandPark Commercial, Ric Holland, who has been with the company since its 2013 formation. Northwood Tower is a 12-story, 266,560-square-foot, Class A office property located within 5 miles of the San Antonio Airport.
LandPark’s main office, located at 2550 Gray Falls Drive in Houston, is a four-story, 86,916-square-foot, Class B West Houston office property, located near Interstate 10.
