RZO Productions, one of the music industry’s most well-known management firms, is going to relocate its offices within the former Fisk Building, in New York City’s Theater District.
The company has closed a 10-year lease for the entire 23rd floor with the property’s owner and manager, Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT). RZO employees will move into the new 12,636-square-foot space from their current location on a lower floor of the building.
“We are delighted to extend our relationship with RZO at 250 West 57th, which has been completely transformed by a new Gensler-designed lobby with one-of-a-kind ceiling art, new streetscape and modernized for the 21st Century,” Thomas Durels, EVP & director of leasing and operations for ESRT, said in a statement.
According to Yardi Matrix data, the Midtown Manhattan creative office tower is popular among music industry companies, its tenant roster including Universal Music Group, ASCAP, Brookside Artist Management, Uzan International Artists, and Peer International Corp.
The 530,716-square-foot Class A property at 250 West 57th Street is a historic landmark built in 1921 and completely renovated in 2013. The 26-story building includes 17,387 square feet of retail space, out of which 2,268 are underground.
