The Colorado powerhouse coworking community continues to grow with the most recent addition opening on April 1 of this year: Venture X has expanded its local presence with a new location in the heart of Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo).

Located in the historic Dairy Block at 1800 Wazee St., the new downtown Denver coworking space incorporates 43,000 square feet and features a contemporary-modern interior design that complements the energy and innovation that Venture X members bring to the growing community. Specifically, this new location is part of a prominent local mixed-use development that brings together unique hotels, popular shops, bars, restaurants, sports venues and cultural attractions. Once home to the historic Windsor Dairy, Dairy Block is now a bustling micro-district where you can find the Denver Milk Market food hall, The Maven Hotel and a stylish assortment of local businesses.

“Venture X and its local ownership team are a great fit for Dairy Block and the experience we’ve worked so hard to create here,” said Dairy Block General Manager, Don Cloutier, in a prepared statement. “We strive to attract tenants and partners who add meaningful value to the collective Dairy Block community, and Venture X’s presence will, most certainly, support our vision of being an unmatched destination for both work and play.”

“We offer an ideal environment for innovators and forward-thinkers in unison with the Dairy Block’s unique collection of business and services,” said Jesse Keaveny, co-owner of Venture X LoDo. “It is ideally suited for those seeking a flex office workspace. We’re confident this location’s existing dynamics are a perfect match for Venture X’s collaborative and hospitality-focused service culture. LoDo is widely regarded as a creative hub for Denver, and we are committed to supporting its continued growth and development.”

Venture X members enjoy a variety of work environment options, ranging from one-person private offices to multi-staff office spaces with either dedicated or shared desks. The operator also offers flexible plans as brief as an hour — perfect for face-to-face interviews — as well as remote operator, in-person, team-building events. A café and lounge area; high-tech meeting rooms; and event space are all part of the thoughtfully designed and intentionally adaptive work options. The property also boasts boutique-style hospitality, including dedicated personnel; mail service; a copy/shred center; and a noteworthy array of snacks and beverage selections.
