San Diego-based developer Matter Real Estate Group recently announced that another office tenant would be moving into the UnCommons mixed-use community in southwest Las Vegas.
Wells Fargo Advisors will join the urban campus in the summer of 2024, marking the consolidation of several of the financial company’s advisory branches. Gathered in one office spanning roughly 16,100 square feet on the fourth floor of UnCommons Office Building Four, this will represent the company’s largest office footprint in the valley.
The Wells Fargo teams working at the campus will enjoy access to expansive communal areas; seamless connectivity; and a rich array of top-tier, on-site amenities. Award-winning property features include near hospital-quality HVAC systems; operable windows and patios; touch-free access; abundant natural daylight; and interior finishes made with materials that limit the spread of bacteria. Lifestyle and dining amenities include: The Sundry, which offers a distinctive food hall experience; AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop; organic superfood brand Sunlife Organics; exclusively organic, heirloom coffee-roasting company Urth Caffé; and artisanal ice cream company Salt & Straw.
“We created UnCommons for leading companies like Wells Fargo Advisors, who recognize the value in providing a thoughtful, exceptional workplace environment in their mission to retain top talent and welcome their discerning clientele,” said Tom van Betten, vice president of strategic partnerships at Matter Real Estate Group.
Building Four is located behind The Assembly, UnCommons’ premier conference center and event pavilion. Notable tenants on the same roster include sports betting company DraftKings; investment banking company Morgan Stanley; real estate company CBRE; global professional services network Ernst & Young; and multinational professional services network Deloitte.
The first development of its kind in Nevada, UnCommons was designed by Gensler and built to WELL™ Certification standards — the highest third-party endorsement of a building’s performance and protection of employee health.
Building Four is part of phase two of the UnCommons project, which will deliver two four-story office buildings totaling 180,000 square feet and bring the development to more than 335,000 square feet of modern Las Vegas office space. The two office buildings that comprise phase two will also feature connected patio balconies, which will allow tenant companies to enhance their spaces with outdoor amenities. Additionally, phase two will include a new parking garage with nearly 750 spaces. Completion of phase two is expected in May 2024.
