4500 Trade Center Drive is a 13,000 square feet building that contains two separate mirrored and nearly identical surgery centers of approximately 6,500 square feet each. Each surgery center has 3 operating rooms and 9 pre and post op beds and/or rooms. The condominium map allows the sellers to sell one or both centers. The building, completed in 2016, is the newest surgery center in the City of Bakersfield. The owners are currently operating the New Horizon Surgical Center (+/-6,500 SF) in the western half of the building.
