Water: Semi Tropic Water Storage District Non Contract water in Semi Tropic GSA.  Current ground water pumping restrictions are 3.54 acre/ft then it will decrease by 5% annually until 2040;  until it lands at ground water pumping restrictions of 1 acre/ft per acre of total ground water pumping.  Irrigation: 3 Deep Agricultural wells all connected to the reservoir  – Well 1 installed in 2014 300HP 2,146 GPM  – Well 2 300 HP 1,342  – Well 3 300 HP 1,166 GPM  – 2-200 HP Booster pumps at reservoir with Variable Speed Drive  – 2 District turnouts at reservoir  – Sand Media filtration inside shop  Water is provided by three deep wells that deliver water to a central reservoir equipped with a booster pump and filter station. Two district turnout are located at the reservoir in order to receive in-lieu water.  A fenced yard area with a shop located on the East Side of the Ranch.
