Located in the core of Denver's financial district on the corner of 17th Street and Welton Street. The new Denver Pavilions and other shops, restaurants, and hotels are nearby. Public transportation can be easily accessed at the corner of California and 17th Street. The expansive one-story lobby has a professional, contemporary appearance and was totally refurbished in 1996. A generous semi-circular polished granite security desk houses a computerized building directory. The South Tower consists of 28 stories, and the North Tower of 19 stories both totaling 572,000 rentable square feet. Dominion Plaza offers tenants spectacular views of the mountains, as well as, 17th Street corridors. 24-hour, 7 day/week coverage is provided. An on-duty guard is stationed at the lobby security desk while additional roving guards are available on evenings and weekends. Building hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday. 13 passenger elevators and 3 freight elevators serve Dominion Plaza. HVAC hours of operation: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Saturday HVAC is available upon request. 275 spaces are conveniently located in a three-level garage directly under the building. In addition 26 spaces are available on a surface lot on the west side of the Dominion Plaza.
