The lemons, which are among the most tolerant citrus variety to the Greening Disease, are under a long term competitive contract through the 2032/33 season including cost of living adjustments annually. The grove is just coming into its prime production with strong projected cash flows. Additional young plantings will be harvested in 2025-26 adding to the projected yield of the grove.
