The Vault at Statesboro

The Vault at Statesboro is a purpose-built student housing community adjacent to Georgia Southern University.  The 127-unit, 508-bedroom student housing complex offers students four (4) bedroom units with private bathrooms. The Vault underwent property renovations in 2018 upgrading unit kitchens and modernizing paint colors, fixtures, and property amenities. The following 5 units (20 beds) still need to undergo renovations at the property: Units 504, 801, 901, 903, and 905. 

Recent renovations also included upgrades to the amenities throughout the property including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a printing center and business center, a resident lounge, and a resort-style pool. The complex also offers tennis courts, volleyball courts, and basketball courts and is pet friendly and offers an outdoor pet, play area. The property boasts spacious common areas including grilling and sun-deck lounging areas. The property hosts many resident events and activities throughout the year and offers students individual leases and roommate matching if needed. 

Resident units feature full kitchens, refinished cabinetry, modern furniture, full-size, in-unit washers and dryers, balconies, and large built-in desks. Units also feature newly installed flooring and rent includes all utilities, with cable and high-speed internet. The units provide students with a comfortable, relaxing environment while they focus on their studies. 

Georgia Southern University has seen enrollment growth in recent years and is predicting that this trend will continue through 2025, at minimum. The Vault student housing complex offers the potential to own a stable, student housing property adjacent to an excellent higher education institution.
