Poipu Kai Racquet Club #2 is a vacant commercially permitted space located on the ground floor of the same building as Kalapaki Joe's Poipu location at the main entrance to the Poipu Kai Resort. The County Land Use designation is Residential-10 however there is a Class 4 zoning permit in place that currently allows for specific special commercial uses. The most recent Permit allows for resort related services or office space and a copy of the current Class IV zoning permit is available. Legal work is currently in process to update and restate the CPR documents, the CPR map, Unit descriptions and the recalculation of Percentage of Common Interest.The square footage of the unit (1675 sf) differs from the county record (1924 sf) and is reflective of the updating work in process. Once completed the maintenance fees for this unit will better reflect the updated square footage. This unit has no plumbing features but does have access to the Poipu Kai restroom facilities adjacent to the unit.
