WP5 Billings, LLC is the owner and/or operator of certain real property and personal property, including that certain real property, and improvements thereon, located at the common address of 2618 King Ave. W, Billings, Montana 59102. The limited liability company interests will be offered as a single lot on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with no express or implied warranties, representations, statements or conditions of any kind made by the Secured Party or any person acting for or on behalf of the Secured Party, without any recourse whatsoever to the Secured Party or any other person acting for or on behalf of the Secured Party.
