CPC is a small private college in central Pennsylvania offering nine bachelor of science degree programs, seven associate in science degree programs, three associate in applied science degree programs, a master of professional studies degree program, and more than a dozen post-secondary certificate programs. The campus is just minutes from downtown Harrisburg, the state capital. the campus is comprised of four academic buildings, the Charles "T" Jones Leadership Library, 34 student townhouses, six apartment buildings, the Health Sciences Building, the Underground Student Union, and the Boyer House.Central Penn College, through its real estate broker RSR Realtors, is publishing the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to sell or lease SOME of its under-utilized real estate on or adjacent to its campus in Summerdale, PA. The subjects of the RFP include development land, residential housing, and commercial buildings. CPC is especially interested in uses of the various properties that are the subject of this RFP that would enhance campus life at the College for its students, faculty and administration. The RFP seeks qualified partners to sell and/or lease land for development, residential housing, and commercial buildings. The College envisions a thriving space that prioritizes the needs of the greater Summerdale community, potentially including medical facilities aligning with its dedication to healthcare professions, innovative businesses engaging the student body, and even green spaces for recreation and community events. This project underscores CPC's unwavering commitment to community partnerships. The College is excited to collaborate with experienced and qualified developers or business partners to transform this under-utilized land into a space that benefits everyone for years to come.
