The Juncos Municipality covers an area of 26.6 square miles and is bordered by Gurabo, Carolina and Canóvanas municipalities to its north, by Las Piedras and San Lorenzo municipalities to its south, by Las Piedras Municipality to its east, and by the Gurabo and San Lorenzo municipalities to its west. Its population is spread over 10 wards and, as per the US Census Bureau July 2019 estimate, its population is of 38,155 inhabitants, an increase of 1.1% from the 2018 estimate of 37,723 inhabitants, but a decrease of 5.3% when compared to the population of 40,290 in 2010.The property consists of a vacant land parcel comprising 103.4302 “cuerdas” (approximately 100.45 acres or 406,522 square meters). The neighborhood’s boundary limits can be delineated as follows: State Road PR-31 to the north and northwest, State Road PR-30 (Ortiz Stella Expressway) to the southwest, and the boundary limits between Juncos and Las Piedras Municipalities to the south and east. The area is about 50% built-up and general access is provided by way of State Road PR-31, the main artery of the area. Important residential developments of the area include Colinas de Juncos, Estancias de Juncos, Jardines de Ceiba Norte, Laderas de Juncos, Estancias de la Ceiba, Portales de Juncos, Praderas de Ceiba Norte (I, II & III), Paseo de la Ceiba, Rancho Bonito, and Mansiones de Juncos, among others.
