We currently have 2 private office spaces available for lease in our building, owned and occupied by the Law Office of Scott M. Ellison, PLLC. Right in the heart of downtown, our 1914 building houses a striking art collection, and subtle contemporary decor throughout. Summer of 2023 a stunning mural was installed on the back two walls. "I Saw Diego at the Washateria," was based on original artwork by well-known local artist, Jimmy Peña.
Our spacious conference room and pleasant reception area will make a great impression on your clients. Mail is accepted for tenants, as will packages (within reasonable size & volume). Tenants receive a key to the building and an alarm code, so they may access their offices any time, day or night. The law office is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, with closure from 12pm to 1pm for lunch. All tenants share kitchen (with freestanding filtered water dispenser) and the restrooms on both floors. A parking space is provided in the lot off Chaparral, beneath the Lotería mural.

Office E is a private upstairs office on the West side of the building, with a small shared waiting area right outside your office door. Tenants are provided a key to the building and an alarm code so they may access their offices at any time day or night. A parking space is provided in a lot behind our building, beneath the Loteria mural. The office is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, with closure from Noon to 1pm for lunch. All tenants share kitchen and restroom areas. Our conference room is available for use by tenants if not booked by our attorneys. We have a pleasant lobby to greet your clients/guests and our receptionist will accept packages for tenants, within reason, and mail will be accepted for tenant. |
