Our family (sister and myself) have decided to sell our family commerical property in Downtown New Braunfels. This building was built in 1929. Only 2 families have own this property and building in the last 100 years!
There is a mult-use storage building (2 levels) on the property . Also, our property is one of the few downtown commerical properties which owns and provides plenty of off street parking .
Our family business is still on the property and can be purchased but that discussion would have to be separate from the property transaction.
