Avi Malul is the Founder of The Lion Real Estate, bringing over two decades of residential real estate experience, encompassing condo and co-op sales, as well as rentals, and extending into commercial and new development. He has previously worked with renowned Manhattan firms, including Citi Habitats and Douglas Elliman, before becoming a founding member of Keller Williams NYC's Manhattan franchise.Over the past seven years, Avi has nurtured a thriving boutique business specializing in exclusive coops. He is an active member of the Midtown Market Center's Agent Leadership Council (ALC), an elite group representing the top 20% of agents who shape strategic decisions for organizational growth. Avi has served multiple terms on the ALC and presently chairs the Growth Committee.
Avi's passion, tenacity, charisma, and unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service have consistently positioned him as a Top Producer. He has a remarkable track record, with over 20,000 rental transactions and $500 million in sales during his career.
Beyond his client work, Avi mentors both new and experienced agents, both within and outside of his firm, sharing the lessons of his success and honing their skills in consulting, auditing, technology, marketing, and management. His expertise extends to serving as an instructor at the Keller Williams NYC Training Academy, where he imparts best practices to aspiring agents.
Avi is a strong advocate for collaborating with the best and leveraging top resources to excel in the industry. He is also a member of the Keller Williams NYC Advisory Leadership Committee, contributing to the development and improvement of business models for Keller Williams Realty in New York City.
In 2019, Avi expanded The Lion Real Estate's services and expertise into Brooklyn through a strategic partnership with Lay Assets, focusing on the Brooklyn New Development field.
Avi's journey from Israel to the United States, following his completion of an architectural and engineering degree and his service as a commanding officer in the Israeli Army at the age of 21, exemplifies the rewards of hard work and determination. He cherishes moments with his wife and three children, exploring new destinations and creating cherished memories through travel.
